Last week I managed to make dimdim do my bidding, and I was able to hold an hour long introduction to the new CouncillorNet service I was launching.

When it worked it was actually quite impressive, easy to use and the ability to switch between desktop sharing and presentation was quite useful.

Last week's attempt at delivering a webinar on Podcasting turned into a case study in ill timed tech failure (the dimdim service decided to die a few minutes before the webinar was due to start). This means that we are going to be attempting to give the same webinar this afternoon.
